A:加工精度等级:
1. 超高精密型(AAA)(精度高可至±0.0015mm（1.5um）的公差）(需批量)
2. 高精密型（AA）（精度高可至±0.005（5um)的公差）（常规加工）
3. 一般精密型加工（A）（精度高可至±0.010mm（10um)的公差（常规加工）
B:材料分类:
1、钛及钛合金系列(可处理成近20种不同的颜色)(常规常备为A级料,AA级料的需批量定制)
2、超高防锈高耐磨不锈钢系列(AA)(HRC54°±2°断面)(常规常备)
3、超高防锈奥氏体不锈钢系列(常规常备)
4、可定制不同颜色的高耐磨PEEK,PPSU等等系列(常规常备)
LZQ从2002年就开始主力高端高性能医疗器械、医疗刀具、配件的复杂成型之精密代工，一般不参与医疗制品的设计应用及配套认证服务，以热处理后之高硬度材料磨削为主，电火花EDM、sodick/+GF+慢走丝为辅，非传统工艺之车削后磨削或抛光，可保持优良的同心度◎，圆柱度

LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of medical tools, such as Cranial Bur , Tap , Flat Bone , Abutment， ect. We can produce a whole kit of tools for customers’ surgical cases.
A:Process finish grade:
1. Ultra High Precision type (AAA) (Tolerance accuracy up to ±0.0015mm (1.5um) need to be mass customized)
2 . High Precision (AA) (Tolerance accuracy up to ±0.005 (5um)) (Conventional Machining)
3. General precision machining (A) (Tolerance accuracy up to ±0.010 mm (10 um))( Conventional Machining)
B: Material Classification:
1、Titanium and Titanium alloy series (can be processed with nearly 20 different colors)(A grade material generally stock, AA grade material need to be mass customized)
2、Ultra high rust-proof and high wear-resistant stainless steel series (AA) (HRC54°±2°Section) (generally stock)
3、Ultra-high rust-resistant austenitic stainless steel (generally stock)
4、High wear-resistant PEEK, PPSU and other series of different colors can be customized (generally stock)
