产品描述：

  LZQ是一家生产各种氧化锆铣刀的OEM代工工厂，例如， CVD金刚石涂层义齿车针, 球头铣刀, 牙科CAD/CAM氧化锆锉, IMES车针,等等。我们也可以为客户生产任意尺寸的氧化锆铣刀。

φ1.0（R0.5）一般用2刃。φ2.0（R1.0）和φ3.0（R1.5）和φ4.0（R2.0）用3刃的。有的客户只要提供刀具和配用的模拟头即可。有的客户要求配塑料环，定位高度作用。要求配环的要告知配的高度，每家都不一样！

一般比例的刃长是刃口全部开刃就可以了。要求刃口很长的，中间一般有细径（如2.0的，开刃长度5.0，细径长度10mm）。刃长特别长的成本会高一些，单价也会高一些.

LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of Zirconia mills, such as CVD diamond coating tooth turning pin, ball-nose milling cutter, Zirconia Burs for Dental CAD/CAM, IMES turning pin, etc. We can also produce Zirconia mills of any sizes just according to your requirement.

As you know, 2-flutes usually for size φ1.0（R0.5）; 3-flutes usually for size φ2.0（R1）, φ3.0（R1.5）and φ4.0（R2.0）.

Some customers only need mills and corresponding stylus;

Some customers require corresponding plastic rings for height position. If require ring assembly, please confirm the height of the fixing position for it. Because different customers have different requests for this.

For mills with common fluent length, it’s ok if the whole flute is edged.

However, some require a very long flute, then generally there will be a thin tube in middle place. For example, for φ2.0, the flute edged length is 5.0, and the length of the thin tube is 10mm. So production cost will be higher if the flute length is required very long. Unit price will also be higher.
