1. 被加工件最小厚度可至T= 0.20~0.06mm（最大厚度可至800mm以上）。

2. 被加工件最小直径可至φD=φ0.006（大直径最可至φ600mm以上）。

3. 被加工件最长的长度可至L=6500mm（最短长度不限）。

4. 平面度    、 平行度∥、精度公差高可至 0.005mm  ~0.002mm～0.001mm系列。

5.被加工件厚度公差高可至T±0.002mm~±0.001mm～±0.0005mm系列。

6.表面粗糙度 高可至0.2μm~0.1μm~0.05μm~0.01μm系列。

★可依图依样要求，研磨成型角度及尺寸公差。
