LZQ是一家生产各种刨刀的OEM代工工厂，例如，内窥镜/关节镜刨刀 , 骨科钻针 , 取骨器 , 钻头，等等。我们也可以为客户生产成套手术工具。

  我们使用不锈钢和陶瓷材料。

  我们可以根据客户提供的任意图纸或者样品来生产任何刨刀，而且性价比很高。

为保证超高精密的直线度- 、同心度⊙、真圆度 O 、圆柱度   等等，内、外刀的外圆部分,在焊接后需在CNC上反复多次的超精研磨，所以不建议做滚花处理，因滚花后也易被研磨掉。

超锋利刃、超高精密度内外配合、超高防锈，超高硬度、耐磨，超高抗冲击性能、超高韧性，超高强度之焊接。

  头部段内外超高精密配合,间隙0.010~0.015mm内，以保证高精密度之切割功能。

特殊超长管（200～800）mm之间系列的，内刀内管连接尾管处建议采用锥度过渡至（Φd-0.20）～（Φd-0.60）mm之间系列（可参考常规常备高强度尾管系列规格选择&批量定制尺寸），以增加尾管处内外单边间隙的加大，以避免因过长内外壁易干涉之问题。

      批量时，有必要可协助开模具及批量完成注塑部分,或批量完成机加工柄部的部分.

LZQ为特殊、非标、异型难加工类类产品进行中、大批量的生产，尽量不做单规格、小批量和标准的产品，因为单规格小批量生产无法摊销生产相应的高品质要求的工夹具、冶具、模具、砂轮的成本。而且如果没有准备好，制作出相应的工装夹具，生产出来的产品也不会很理想。当然，也要看产品的类别和规格来判定。而标准品的生产和一般的非标准品生产对我们公司的生产成本是差不多的，如φ12.0与φ12.218对我公司的生产成本是接近的，而对Sandvik、Widia……是有较大的差距。所以对于特殊、非标、异型、新产品的中、大批量生产，我们具有极大的竞争力，如果标准品是大批量订购的，我们也可以组织生产，但性价比和竞争力相对会较弱些，贵公司销售的利润空间也会较小些。

Products Description

LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of shaver blades, such as Endoscopic/Arthroscopic Shaver blade , Bone Drill Point , Bone Fetcher , Drill Bit , ect.  

   We use the material of stainless steel and ceramic.

    We are capable to produce any shaver blades according to drawings or samples provided by customer with a favorable cost-performance.

 In order to ensure ultra-high-precise straightness-, concentricity⊙, roundness  , cylindricity   , etc., the outer circle of the inner blade and the outer blade need to be superfinished repeatedly on the CNC equipment after being welded, so we do not recommend knurling, because it is easy to be ground off after knurling.

     Welding with super sharp edge, ultra-high precision internal and external matching, superhigh rust resistance, superhigh hardness, wear resistance, high impact resistance, superhigh toughness and superhigh strength.

  The inside and outside of head parts are with ultra-high precision matching, and the clearance is within 0.010 ~ 0.015mm, to ensure

high-precision cutting function.

For special super long tube (200～800)mm series, taper transitions to size series between (Φd-0.20)～(Φd-0.60)mm is recommended to adopt at the inner blade inner tube linking tail pipe (The conventional regular high-strength tail pipe series specification can be reference of selection &  Mass customized sizes), which can add the increase of single-side clearance at inside and outside of the tail pipe, to avoid the easy-to-make-an-interference problem caused by overlength of internal and external wall.

   In batch order, if necessary, we can help customers open mould and finish the injection molding part or finish the machining shank part in batches

LZQ often produces non-standard, special-shaped, high precision products which are difficult to machine in medium and big batch, but rarely in a small number for single dimension standard ones, because the cost of jig, fixture, mould and grinding wheel is quite high, and if without the mould, it is difficult to make an excellent item. However, it depends on the type and the dimension of the required products. Besides, in our company, the cost of standard products and that of the non-standard is similar, such as ?12.0 and ?12.218, but it is not for other companys, like Sandvik, Widia.This is why we are competitive in producing special, non-standard, special-shape goods. However, regarding to a big order, we also produce the standard products. But the cost-performance ratio and the competition are quite low, and also profit of the sale is lower for your company.
