LZQ是一家生产各种刨刀的OEM代工工厂，例如，内窥镜/关节镜刨刀 , 骨科钻针 , 取骨器 , 钻头，等等。我们也可以为客户生产成套手术工具。

  我们使用不锈钢和陶瓷材料。

  我们可以根据客户提供的任意图纸或者样品来生产任何刨刀，而且性价比很高。

可依要求生产不同刃部材料类型（陶瓷类、钨钢类、高品级不锈钢类、钛及钛合金类、一般不锈钢......等系列）

采用六轴联动CNC磨削中心,可依要求研磨任意形状,锋利要求,容屑槽深浅要求,刃数,齿型,螺纹角度……

内外刀均为六轴五联动CNC超硬砂轮（CBNC）高速研磨，刃口可近于镜面光洁度，刃口超锋利（后角可在20°～70°系列），手术中切割超干净，优良.

（超高防锈不锈钢AA） （淬硬处理HRC54°±2°断面）

 超高防锈高耐磨高硬度、高抗冲击、高韧性不锈钢，具有极为优秀的防锈、耐腐蚀、耐磨耗（高硬度）性能及理想的抗冲击性能，优异的耐腐蚀能力接近 TYPE 304 Stainless 不锈钢，防锈性能接近于外科植入物用合金，无标示下5%中性盐雾实验（ ASTM  B117） 1000小时后无生锈。应用范围广，品质相当优秀及稳定，可生产极为复杂、高精密的柄部形状及成型的超锋利刃部结构。

适用高端医疗标准：  AMS 5936   .  MMPDS-01  . ASTM  A693  

ASTM  A564   . ASTM  F899-12

通过Vitro（细胞毒性）试验，验证材料不具有任何潜在的细胞毒性，因此能安全地与人类组织、体液或血液接触，符合所有相关过敏和皮肤刺激试验标准的要求。

Products Description

LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of shaver blades, such as Endoscopic/Arthroscopic Shaver blade , Bone Drill Point , Bone Fetcher, Drill Bit, ect.    

   We use the material of stainless steel and ceramic.

    We are capable to produce any shaver blades according to drawings or samples provided by customer with a favorable cost-performance.

   As customers require, we can produce blades with different materials (ceramics, tungsten steel, high grade stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, general stainless steel ... series)

6-axis CNC grinding center can be used to grind any shape, sharpness requirement, depth requirement of chip flutes, number of flutes, tooth profile, thread angle...

The inner blade and outer blade are grinded with high speed by 6-axis 5-linkage CNC superhard grinding wheel (CBNC). The edge can be close to the mirror finish, super-sharp (relief angle can be 20 ° ~ 70 ° series), super clean and excellent cutting during surgery.

      Ultra-high anti-rust & high wear-resistant , high hardness, high impact, high toughness stainless steel, with excellent anti-rust capability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance (high hardness) performance and ideal impact resistance.. Its excellent corrosion resistance is comparable to TYPE 304 Stainless steel; and its rust resistance is closer to alloy for surgical implant. Unmarked, with 5% Neutral salt spray test (ASTM B117), it doesn't rust after 1000 hours. Wide range of applications, quite good and stable quality, which can be used to produce extremely complex, high-precision shank shapes and profile ultra-sharp edge structures.

     The Vitro (cytotoxicity) test verifies that the material does not have any potential cytotoxicity and therefore can safely contact human tissue, body fluids or blood, and meets all relevant allergy and skin irritation test standards.
