加工实例：φ8.50刃径(乳化液)、SKD11（HRC62°）、转速1600r/min、 f≤199mm/min,钻孔深度≤2.5*φD(刃径),加工后工件精度≥h9，

表面粗糙度Ra1.6以上

超硬小径：刃径φD（φ0.10~φ2.00mm)适用于HRC≤62°淬火钢及各类高硬度材料、 复合材料的加工,钻孔深度≤6*φD(刃径)。
