A:加工精度等级:

1. 超高精密型(AAA)(精度高可至±0.0015mm（1.5um）的公差）(需批量)

2. 高精密型（AA）（精度高可至±0.005（5um)的公差）（常规加工）

3. 一般精密型加工（A）（精度高可至±0.010mm（10um)的公差（常规加工）

LZQ从2002年就开始主力高端高性能医疗器械、医疗刀具、配件的复杂成型之精密代工，一般不参与医疗制品的设计应用及配套认证服务，以热处理后之高硬度材料磨削为主，电火花EDM、sodick/+GF+慢走丝为辅，非传统工艺之车削后磨削或抛光，可保持优良的同心度◎，圆柱度，圆周震动公差及全震动公差，可以采用任意种类的进口高品质材料、热处理后硬研磨成型，也可由用户提供热处理后的材料硬磨削成型，只要有使用效果好的实样，并表达好重点注意的要求，LZQ就可以检测出任何贵司所顾虑的所有参数，采用完全相同或更为优质的材料及不同等级或更高精密精度级别的几何形状成型、CBNC超硬超精研磨加工，只要设计理念得当，完全可以大大超越现有国际一流品牌的品质制品。
