LZQ是一家生产各种牙科种植螺丝起子的OEM代工工厂，例如，螺丝起子, 钻套, 侧切钻, 牙术 , 颅骨铣刀, 骨锯，等等。我们也可以为客户生产成套手术工具。

       我们可以根据客户提供的任意图纸或者样品来生产任何牙科种植起子，而且性价比很高。

不同类型起子的不同功能:

1. 尖端夹持功能: 止停设计用于防止夹持部位破裂，并防止手术中杂质如血痕的产生。

2. 移除破碎螺丝，需要配用每个系统导板。当反向钻的标记部位暴露在导板上方时，连接到夹具，利用螺丝柄来移除破碎螺丝。

3.   连接方形扭力扳手的起子和圆形扭力扳手的接头。

  手动紧固固定螺丝，各种种植体。注意最大扭力以避免意外破裂。一些带岔开六角以更好紧固和移动螺丝，处理种植体和愈合帽的覆盖螺丝。

槽，镭标和色圈用于连接时区分，可以根据客户任意要求定做。

    涂层: 如果客户需要也可以做.

  LZQ为特殊、非标、异型难加工类类产品进行中、大批量的生产，尽量不做单规格、小批量和标准的产品，因为单规格小批量生产无法摊销生产相应的高品质要求的工夹具、冶具、模具、砂轮的成本。而且如果没有准备好，制作出相应的工装夹具，生产出来的产品也不会很理想。当然，也要看产品的类别和规格来判定。而标准品的生产和一般的非标准品生产对我们公司的生产成本是差不多的，如φ12.0与φ12.218对我公司的生产成本是接近的，而对Sandvik、Widia……是有较大的差距。所以对于特殊、非标、异型、新产品的中、大批量生产，我们具有极大的竞争力，如果标准品是大批量订购的，我们也可以组织生产，但性价比和竞争力相对会较弱些，贵公司销售的利润空间也会较小些。

Different functions of different types:

Tip holding function: stopper designed for the prevention of fracture of the holding part and occurrence of foreign matter such as blood stain during surgery

● Torque should be applied vertically. (Do not tilt the set.)

● If the tip is bent due to the use for a long time or excessive torque, replace it.

  Grooves, laser mark and color ring: designed for checking during the connection, can be customized according to your specific requirement.
